Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of order. Please note that processing times may vary due to high order volumes.

We ship with Deutsche Post / DHL.

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

Please contact us in case of damaged or lost shipments or tracking problems.

International shipments may incur additional costs in the form of customs duties and local import taxes.
